Making a complaint
To make a complaint, follow the instructions below.
1.Complaint form
Fill in the complaint form which you will find on the Terms and Conditions page
2.Return the product
When making a complaint, please send the product back intact, together with a copy of the purchase document.
3. Shipping
The product under complaint should be sent to the following address:

4. Handling of complaints
The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt of the parcel together with the return form. You will be informed about the complaint processing by e-mail, to the e-mail address provided in the complaint form.
Return of goods
In accordance with current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, fill in the necessary statement available in the Regulations tab and send it to our address together with the returned product: Secca Wojceich Szymański, 557 Ostrowska St., 61-324 Poznań
Attach the proof of purchase to the package with the statement and the intact returned product.
